Victoria King
Victoria King serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO at The Rise Collective and Roam Hospitality, where she works closely with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, organizational alignment, and growth across a vertically integrated real estate and hospitality platform.
Within the business, King focuses on enhancing communication, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and supporting the execution of key company priorities. She also plays an active role in cultivating company culture through leadership meetings, team events, retreats, and employee engagement initiatives. By connecting strategy with execution, King helps strengthen the systems and collaboration that support the continued growth of The Rise Collective and its hospitality portfolio.
