Michael Elefante is a founding partner of Roam Hospitality and The Rise Collective, where he focuses on investment strategy and the expansion of hospitality-driven real estate assets. Known for building and scaling a multi-million-dollar portfolio, he plays a key role in guiding investors as they transition from short-term rentals into boutique hotel and hospitality opportunities.
Through his work across the platform, Elefante emphasizes long-term asset growth, operational scalability, and brand-driven experiences. His approach helps investors move beyond single-property ownership toward building diversified, performance-oriented hospitality portfolios.
