Kyle Murphy is the Chief Operating Officer of The Rise Collective and Roam Hospitality, where he oversees operations, systems, and guest experience across boutique hotel and hospitality assets. With a background in large-scale vacation rental and multi-unit operations, he brings a systems-driven approach to managing high-performing properties across multiple markets.
At Roam Hospitality, Murphy focuses on operational consistency, service standards, and scalable infrastructure. By aligning hospitality execution with data-driven systems, he ensures that each property delivers a high-quality guest experience while maintaining strong operational performance.
