Jessica Berry is the Director of Design at The Rise Collective and Roam Hospitality, where she leads the creative vision and design strategy across a growing portfolio of boutique hotels and hospitality assets. With a focus on creating spaces that are both distinctive and intentional, she translates brand identity, market positioning, and guest experience into environments designed to leave a lasting impression.
At Roam Hospitality, Jessica oversees design from concept through execution, working across development, brand, and operations to ensure every property tells a compelling story and feels deeply connected to its sense of place. Her approach balances creativity with performance, using thoughtful design to elevate the guest experience, strengthen brand identity, and create destinations people remember long after their stay.
