Jacob Odell
Jacob Odell is a hospitality and operations leader with more than 10 years of experience driving performance across hotels, flexible accommodations, coworking, and mixed-use real estate. As Senior Director of Operations at Roam Hospitality, he brings an ownership mindset and a focus on building scalable systems that strengthen both revenue and guest experience.
Throughout his career, Jacob has led multi-unit operations with full P&L accountability, overseeing revenue strategy, budgeting, brand development, renovations, and operational growth. He is known for bringing structure to complex environments, elevating service standards, and building high-performing teams that deliver consistent results.
Jacob is also passionate about creating efficient, guest-focused operations that support long-term growth. At Roam, he works closely with ownership and teams to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and ensure every property delivers a consistent, high-quality experience.
